Example Projects
The example projects below are a quick way to get started with Spatial Integration. Each one was made with the Package function. Download the zip file, unzip it, then open the .si project file in Spatial Integration.
Roan
The Roan test project combines lidar and SRTM elevation data with air photo and geology overlays. It shows how high resolution lidar can be inset into lower resolution SRTM.
It also contains artificial drill holes, stream sediment samples, line and polygon interpretation, and a 3D resistivity inversion. The project is intended as a test area only.
Roan is a combination of real and imaginary data.
Eloise
Eloise shows off the quality of transparency in Spatial Integration. You can see through several nested ore shells to understand the copper distribution and the drill hole density. The project also demonstrates the use of multiple clip objects: try turning on the second and third clip sections from the Clip Objects flyout on the right.
Eloise data is courtesy of the Sustainable Minerals Institute's Mineral Deposit Atlas.
Cracow
The Cracow project demonstrates section images placed in the scene. It also has a high resolution air photo draped over lidar, making a very detailed surface.
